Position Summary

As a Professional Solutions Specialist at Voyager Systems, you will play a crucial role in our mission to connect businesses with top-tier IT managed services. Your focus will be on exploring new frontiers and finding potential customers who can benefit from our space-age technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients who can benefit from Voyager Systems' IT managed services and security solutions. Develop and nurture client relationships to drive sales growth.
  2. Technical Consultation: Leverage your technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our managed services. Collaborate with our technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  3. Sales Strategy: Implement and refine sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales support.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within our CRM system.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT managed services industry.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and managed services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand clients' technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
