The following are support options available to Voyager Systems IT customers, and resources for support interactions.  For more information on your Support plans, please contact your Voyager Systems Account Manager.

When requested by your support technician, please use this button to download the Splashtop Viewer software, which will allow remote access to the computer by the technician.

Please review your agreement with Voyager Systems for detail on the items supported in your contract.  Your contract or agreement will detail what is included or excluded in your service, and the rates for service that may be applied.

Voyager Systems will endeavor to service your request based on the Service Level Agreement contained within your contract.
